For those that have already decided that they definitely want a Money Merge Account, there are two important things that you should probably consider. Before you do anything, are you sure you’ve done your homework? My understanding is that the Money Merge Account does NOT work for everyone. There are some people I’ve found that say they have saved just as much money by simply using the concept, without purchasing an MMA. But, I’ve also heard of someone who nearly — if it hasn’t already happened — put their house into foreclosure by thinking they could do it themselves and found that they were wrong.

Know the people/groups through whom you plan on purchasing the Money Merge Account. I have met some people who say they have no problem with the software, but they aren’t happy with those they purchased it from because they find it extremely difficult to contact them or ask questions.

One useful thing to do would be to select someone from whom you plan on purchasing the MMA, then divide all your questions into three, or so, different groups. Write them down separately and call that someone who you chose, then ask them all the questions on the first list. Don’t ask any of the questions from the other lists if you can avoid it. Then wait a while and call that someone back saying you have more questions. Continue doing this until that someone you chose for the Money Merge Account has answered all your questions. Keep track of how he/she responded to you. Was he/she easy to get a hold of? Did he/she try to answer your questions, or better yet, actually answer them? Did he/she seem like someone you could contact later if you had any further questions?

If you don’t have a lot of questions, or don’t have ANY questions, call with comments. The point is, test the people from whom you plan on getting your Money Merge Account. Or you may be disappointed.

For those looking to become an agent for United First Financial, it is my understanding that the people you call will most likely be the people you sign up under, and the people you sign up under are NOT all the same. If you want to work in any field, leg, aspect of life — including as an agent who sells the Money Merge Account — you have to make sure you are backed by support, should you ever need it. Find that support. Find the group who will give you that support and help you to reach a point where you can stand on your own. This goes for anything you do in life. You shouldn’t be totally reliant on someone else, but there should always be someone there who is willing to help you through a rough spot.

In searching, I haven’t found customers dissatisfied with the Money Merge Account, but rather, I seem to have run into some dissatisfied agents because they signed up under what they refer to as their up-line and it hasn’t been very supportive.

Now for the rest of us. Remember what I said at the start of this post. The Money Merge Account is not for everyone. If you are sure you want an MMA, make sure you’ve done your homework.

Since I don’t have any need for a Money Merge Account, I’m adding links to a couple of sites that I have found recommended by a few customers as well as a few agents. There are only two so far, but there’s likely more out there. Both agents and customers seem to be satisfied with the following sites.

For those of you who visit Still Life, don’t forget to check out the comments people offer. If you have an answer to someone’s question, don’t run away before leaving a quick post to try to help them out. Or, if you have a question, take the time to post it. Maybe someone will be able to answer it.

I’ve noticed that many people who visit Still Life don’t check out the comments. They are important! Personally, I’m still learning, I’m not sold on anything, and I’d like to say I have all the answers, but I don’t. There are those who comment, who will likely know them, though. If you want answers, you’ll likely have to do some research. I’ve tried to provide some useful links for visitors, so check them out. There are links on the posts, and in the comments, but there’s more on the Resources page.

Also, if you’ve been working yourself ragged, take some time to go somewhere or do something and then concentrate on the Money Merge Account, or the home you’re about to lose — or whatever your problem is — or if you don’t have time or a place to go and relax, check out some of the links I’ve provided under Recreation and see if there’s anything that might interest you.

Scam? Money Merge Account

I have come across several different places on the web where people claim that the Money Merge Account is a scam. “It is a scam!” Some people are so sure! But when I looked at their claims in a little more depth, I realized that there isn’t a single person who makes that claim who has purchased the Money Merge Account. On the contrary, I have found that there isn’t one person who has the product, and follows through with it, who isn’t completely satisfied. Those who claim it is a scam have nothing backing their claim unless they either, sell the product, or have purchased it and found for themselves that it was a scam.

I haven’t purchased it, as I have no need for it, so I can’t say that any of my claims are one-hundred percent legitimate. I can say, however, that there are many people out there who speak as if what they said was one-hundred percent legit, and it isn’t. It is difficult to make a decision because, if the Money Merge Account is a scam, someone selling it isn’t very likely to tell you that there is something wrong with their program. On the other hand, you can’t trust any of those who argue against it, because they don’t have a Money Merge Account, and therefore, despite all their reasoning, haven’t seen the real thing at work.

I actually find it a little humorous seeing so many people trying to say what they think a Money Merge Account is, and why it is a scam if it is what they think it is, when there are so many people who have an MMA and have no complaints.

MMA or Money Merge? 2

Is it possible that anyone can claim to be selling you an MMA and, in reality, be selling an entirely different product than that which United First Financial sells; without the guarantees, without the service?

I visited the website for Sydney Financial and it seems that they are trying to sell the same thing as UFF but with a few differences. I didn’t see anywhere on their site where they referred to their product as an MMA. Sydney Financial says that they are currently unable to offer their MCA in Texas or Wisconsin. I’ve heard that UFF can offer the Money Merge Account in these states, but there are a few more requirements in these states than in others. As far as I understand, it isn’t because the program wouldn’t work in Texas, it’s simply because the laws of the state are a little more difficult to work around.

On The Jubilee Project’s website, I found this:

We have the ability to help Homeowners in all 50 states . . .

It seems that Sydney Financial doesn’t offer the same support that United First Financial can, as the hierarchy of the two businesses is different. In reality, though, I wonder what the differences are between the two. Maybe someone could supply some answers.

Everyone knows that there are many different types of people. Some are able to work a lot, and others just want to have fun. Myself, I enjoy a fun game every now and then, and I like to go places and/or do things with my friends.

There are some people that are working all the time. Even when their boss forces — or really pushes for — them to take some time off and go on vacation, they can’t bear to be without their cell phone(s) so they can check up on everything they are working on. Again . . . and again . . . and again.

I like to work, but if I try to work too much, eventually I feel burned out and I need to take a moment — even a single minute helps — to relax and do something that I want to do. One fun site to visit when you need a quick moment to play a game or to think about something other than work is AddictingGames.com. (But don’t get addicted) I like HomeStarRunner, too, so check that out if you have a somewhat twisted sense of humor. (Or if you are just bored) And for those of us — like me — who are able to read and appreciate a good a great comic loaded with twists and humor, check out Wanted Hero. (I followed information about someone who posted on Still Life to find this website and I loved it!)

With how stressed some people are, it’s plain that a little recreation could do them some good! So find some time to do something that you want to do! Unless of course, you are one of those people that just want to have fun, then get back to work.

MMA or Money Merge?

I posted this from the home page of The Jubilee Project’s website.

WARNING!:
Understand that the ‘Money Merge Account’ and an “MMA” are NOT THE SAME THING!
People selling an ‘MMA’ are attempting to ride on the success of this program to get your attention, and convice you to buy their own products and services, without the actual benefits of the Money Merge Account! The “Money Merge Account” is an exclusive and proprietary program from United First Financial. The Jubilee Project team members are all registered, independent agents of United First Financial, able to explain and sell this program to you.

I don’t understand it. Maybe I’m a little too simple. Are they just trying to say be careful from whom you buy an MMA, or are they saying that an MMA is literally a different thing from the Money Merge Account? Either way, it seems that there needs to be a lot of searching and researching done before a final decision is made.

Happiness and Technology

Where I live, owning an automobile is an essential of life. You simply cannot survive in the environment without one. Getting their first vehicle is one of, if not the defining moment of a teenager’s life. I didn’t get my car until I was 18 and my friends all thought I was crazy. What I found interesting is that in happiness polls, some of the highest ranking places for happy people were found in countries where technology hasn’t given them six-lane freeways and millions of automobiles. I have a friend who lived in an area of England where a car was probably as common as a horse and buggy are here. He tells me that people walk or ride a bike to everywhere they need to go. They don’t need to worry about making it fifty miles to a particular store before it closes. Everything they need is withing walking distance. Maybe some of us could do with a little more walking it might burn a few pounds and save on some gas.

I wonder if the goals and pressure of the day aren’t pushing us further away from happiness? And I don’t agree with the people who say that if you step on everyone else and climb to the top you will be happy. I say that the more people you can bring to the top, the happier you will be. What defines a persons happiness?

MMA? I want to learn about the Money Merge Account, that is why there is a Money Merge Account category. I am single and don’t have a mortgage (or a home) to get an MMA on, however, I believe that it is important to learn about something before life’s mishaps eventually force me to do so. So when I do get a home, I can make the best choice. It has been proven that for a young adult like myself to own property and get a home is much more difficult than it was in the days of the youth of my parents. I don’t want to be in debt all my life! But I don’t want to get careless and make a stupid choice. There is a lot there is to know about the Money Merge Account, I’m sure, and there is very little that is given openly. I read on the One Man’s Perspective blog that The Jubilee Project will soon be updating their site and they will be giving out information about the Money Merge Account that other sites (including United First Financial!) don’t give out. I included a link to their site, for whenever they get out that info. Let’s just hope they get the new stuff for their site out there, soon!

I would definitely recommend the above mentioned blog to those that are researching the Money Merge Account. The writer isn’t trying to sell a product, and he isn’t trying to get you not to buy one, either. He seems to want to know more, and all he wants to do is to help you know more. Plus he will give you his time of day. You can add your own post, or you can contact him to ask a question. If you aren’t sure what to do about the Money Merge Account, start with One Man’s Perspective. He has chosen and provided links to some of the best sites for both positive and negative information and views regarding the MMA. But readers should remember that regardless of what decision I make, or others make, ultimately it is up to you what your decision will be! Everyone else out there is only trying to help — or not help — you.

One problem is that there are so many UFF(United First Financial) agents or groups trying to sell the Money Merge Account and they approach it differently. So, of all those people, if I get an MMA, who do I get it from?
